Video, pics and info of a septorhinoplasty done by Dr. David Kim in San Francisco.
Two important points: 1. This is not a cosmetic surgery, my surgery was a "functional" rhinoplasty with a septoplasty to correct breathing problems as a result of an injury.

does septoplasty does the internal nose problems only .i have dns but also a dented nose ,so what shouod i go for /???

dude were you able to breath threw your nose at all before surgery did at leaast one nostril work or both pretty bad? i have trouble eating also did you also have this problem

Great Results!! I had the same about a week ago ,when did your sense of smell fully came back?

Smell came back the day all the bandages were off. I think my sense of smell actually improved, but maybe that was just a result of better airflow.
