My computer echoing out the Pagefile.sys in linux

As I was waiting for a backup of my parents' computer to be restored to a new drive, I decided to use cat on my pagefile for Win7. Very interesting..

What is pagefile? I have it to my computer, but i dont know what it is! Can you tell me, that fast as you can?

@mmeiza it is like where the computer stores an extension of your RAM if you use windows. the equivalent in MAC and Linux would be SWAP. It allows more flexibility in your system pretty much
