I'm starting a new Ebike Project. The basis will be a Genesis V2100 dual suspension bicycle. The bicycle was purchased from Walmart for $166. I'll be using a Golden Motors Magic Pie 48 volt 1000 watt rear hub motor and a Lithium Ion 48 volt 12 amp hour battery from www.goldenmotor.ca.

The Genesis V-2100 Mountain Bike features a strong full-suspension aluminum frame that utilizes a floating beam four bar linkage suspension design that is mated to a Genesis suspension fork. A Shimano 21 Speed drive train ensures precision shifting. Stopping is handled by Promax disk brakes in the front and a reliable rear linear pull brake. This bike is at home on any trail.

Thanks for the close up pics of the bike , I'm actually thinking of getting it and the electric motor kit is good if you're going to ride it to work everyday.

The welds on the bottom bracket don't look very clean. Check them out at 3 minutes and 5 seconds and again at 3 minutes 15 seconds.
