Lap time is 8:15.722 (new World Record), but I lost about half a second at the jump just after the end of the 3rd sector. (doh)

So sad how a 10 year old game is more realistic than the games nowadays. Producers concentrate on the graphics instead of the freakin physics. Shame on people these days

@Driftking3268 Yeah, indeed. But on a positive note, it allows GPL to still go strong and the community is thriving. And although it's 10 year old (13-14 in fact!), the huge amount of mods improve it immensely.

my pb is 9-06 on Honda(65)!!!! how many laps you did on greenhell before WR?

@kloijhi Probably around 100 laps with this particular car, but otherwise thousands of laps over the years, mostly in the 67 cars.

@Bemasnubben gpl is such an awesome game... i have WRC, GT5, f1 2011 and funnily enough gpl is my favourite.

and gpl is still the king at simulations.

I'm also playing GT a lot but as I watch the Vids of GP Legends it seems to be much more of a simulation than GT...

maybe GT physics are much more unrealistic (and gamerfriendly) than that...

as I watch GPL vids I start to wonder if I should try it out...
