Dont remember this game at all. I had a season ticket in the east stand so i would have been there. I know we went on a long losing sequence at home to villa from 93-98. Anyone know off hand what the score was?

one of the biggest shocks ever when we signed him. BFR had clearly lost it! Great Villa team this but on the decline when this match was taking place.

Villa didn't do too well out of John "John Fashanu, John Fashanu, John Fashanu, John Fashanu" Fashanu - he was nearly 32 when they signed him, and he only played a few games before he had to retire (for multifarious reasons).
