For some reason when I killed this cop he died but he was frozen in place. I couldn't push or punch him, I could even walk through him. That is until I shot him, then he feel to the ground.

I changed some setting in TF2 in order to have it run decently, and that sometimes happens to the ragdolls when characters die. Except you can't make them "snap out of it" by hitting them.
