I do hit in a more traditional way much of the time.

Truly who wants to watch another video where I hit the bag just like the next guy

I have learned from Old School. Some of what I learned 35 ~ 40 years ago has been lost today. I am attempting to perfect these techniques.

Perhaps some of it will be revived.

Much of what I do in my videos is very practical for Combat Sports.

Hey Calzaghe, You'll called it, I have hit the Swivel before and it hurt ! ! !

Thought my hand was ruined forever ....

I never want to do that again, and I am careful not to repeat the mistake...
