佩菁出生就患有「先天性表皮鬆懈症水皰症」，全身凡是有黏膜的地方都會起水皰或血皰。
PEI-CHING suffered from HEREDITARY EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA when she was born.
The blister grows on the mucosa of every single part of the body.

佩菁說(PEI-CHING said)：
「雖然我失去健康，但上帝和您賜予我很多愛，我想把愛，用我的畫作、琴音、故事，繼續的傳下去！
〈Although I was born without health, God and you have given me much love.I want to make use of my paintings, the sound of my piano, and my story to spread this love.〉」
