Pure SFX ownage - 2012

Best special effects scenes from movie "2012". These seven and a half minutes is the only good thing in this movie as everything else is total nonsence. I dropped out few moments as they were to much "crap" and not worth to be included (and saved some only because they were SFX intensive - like building drive-through). And if you wonder why there are some people talking in this video it is because I used loseless direct stream between keyframes (if that makes any sense to you) to preserve quality, and some scenes just got in the way.

Imagine going through that and not having the protection of god this movie is a sign for you to open and read the bible because it answers every question your mind wants to ask even this movie. the church isnt going to save you neither insurance neither the goverments but the one and only kingdom of god and his word the bible

@claude10101991 The Bible is written in 5th level language and 99.9 percent people just won't "get it". So people read it by what they understand in life. Problem with that is what you read is what you get. It's like reading PC manual and getting insulted by the line "connect your hard to your mother" because you don't know the meaning of those words, or, more correctly, you take them to your own context. Also, Bible is not the only good book for reading, take ancient Indian "Vedas" for example.

No they wouldn't. You can't even detonate a block of C4 by shooting at it with a gun or burning it. Thats what detonators are for. And nukes need specifical sequence of actions to blow up. It's easy-made in movies, but real life is not a movie.

Am glad we humans are not all the same life would be boring if we were. Cos' I really enjoyed this movie apart from the great storyline, the action and the actors - it was a quite poignant moment when we are shown that it doesn't matter how much money you have we are all the same when it comes down to. Specifically this is shown when the Russian father throws his family to safety and sacrifices his own life for their own. I look moments like that in cinema it makes me feel or good inside lol
