BERING SEA - Cmdr. Gregory Tlapa, the executive officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Healy, gives an update on the escort of the tanker vessel Renda Jan. 6, 2012. Healy is breaking ice for around 300 miles for the Renda, which is carrying more than 1.3 million gallons of fuel, to the city of Nome, Alaska. U.S. Coast Guard video by Seaman Benjamin Nocerini.
