...so after you let the chz set a few hours [how many approx?] then it's ready?? I didn't see as where you did n.e.thing else to it? that recipe just looks wonderful though, i'd like to try it. [need to get a dehydrater 1st]. thx.

*note: I just veganized the day after the superbowl 2011... not ready to go "raw" yet but am incorporating a lot of "raw" foods into my new diet so when I'm ready it'll be easier to make the transition. [having trouble finding your website though]
