How NOT to cross the road on bike

This guy obviously never had any education in traffic behaviour, and obviously never studied more than the front page of the danish traffic laws...
He had been driving at the center divider for so long time that I could fetch my phone, unlock it, turn on the cam, swich to video and start recording this. He was going same direction as me, but failed to stop and took this detour insteat of stopping at the crossing place further back.
