@sinks2sewers the funny thing that you don't seem to realize... She cracks purposefully.. you listen to her perform songs like Oh, Dear, and it's clear and crisp as day.. and soars higher than the heavens..

It's funny, her voice isn't that great...cracks and so on but it's so honest and sincere. It really paints a wonderful picture for the listener. It's flawed beauty.
