okay... in TOA, by sending over the AD skills life up and mind up with the grade shop, they can get 9999 HP before lv100, if you know how it works. the attack power would be too high anyways. also, i have done this before... if you don't believe me, i have a combo video myself, which the characters are below lv200.

I'm pretty sure they are 200... look at their HP and TP. An besides equipeing (sp) their first weapons will lower their attack in some cases by 500-700...

LOL, most of the enemies in the vid are large and white. Except Tear's enemy.

200 is the max lv. and if they were lv200, the combos would be dealing too much damage to the enemy, even without a boost from a c.core. i can do some of this stuff, and my team is around lv115-128.
