How to Cut The Perfect Fringe

How to cut your own fringe, side-swept bangs, or blunt bangs.

A great way to save those 5 dollars every few weeks... just cut them yourself! Personally for me, I'm never satisfied with the fringes I get in the salon, so I like cutting my own bangs so I can control exactly what it's going to look like in the end!
