because he wast using brush he is using the burn tool!!

Again... it can be done...although it's very very hard....

if you've used all the setings CgsBgs pointed out there should be no reason for it not to work.... try checking a little button in the burn tool's settings called ''set to enable airbrush capabilities'' that is next to Exposure.

Well, i have a tablet - and even with that it wont seem to work :S i have the "wacom bamboo fun" i think it's called :b

Simply because you are not using a Digital Tablet ( Like a Wacom tablet or so )

Therefore the opacity of your brush is allways at 100% ( with the settings you are using )

Plus you aren't using the burn tool like he said.

I tried his method and it worked fine. ( I have a Volito 2 Wacom tablet )

If you don't want to buy a tablet you can change the opacity/exposure manualy and draw with the mouse although this is very hard.
