Dead Air - CGI Test (Headshot)

CGI test for upcoming short film Dead Air. Shot with a DVX100B in 25p. CGI was done with After Effects 7 with assets from Andrew Kramer. Edited with Adobe Premiere. Colour grading with Magic Bullet. Music by Michael Giacchino. Many thanks to Rob and Brian (Coffey! See? I can spell your name!).

With the exception of some of the camera work, that was very well done. The colors in the film looked absolutely beautiful and professional as well.

It was shot in 5 mins, hence the crappy camera work!! Just wanted footage to play around with in After Effects.

looked absolutely awful. why not just hand draw the gunshot if it's going to look so blatantly animated? Go practical, look professional.

nice effect. should of had the guy jump and fly away. check out my vids
