I have been doing this for about 2 years on and off. I lost 20 pounds a yr and a half ago and then i hit a plateau and kinda of gave up. because while in my plateau i could eat anything, not exercise, and not gain weight. But then i gained 5 pounds back and that became a reality check. from the summer time till now i have lost another 20 pounds. i think because i am getting better at it. I am so excited!
um not really...i am in a plateau again. I am not doing much because of school. but the last time i got out of it was by eating things that fill you up but are not very caloric (ie soup) and by changing the exercise i do or do more of the workout that has allowed you to lose the 20 you have lost.

Congrats on your weight loss. I too lost a lot of weight, and then gained it back. I lost 80 lbs back in 2006 from working out in February to May. Then at Christmas of this year I had gained that 80 all back. Now I have been since after christmas working out, I only lost 20 lbs and for like 2 weeks it has been at the same # do you have in suggestions when you hit a plateua what to do?
