  • @hunter12433 sadly i know how you feel:( alot of doctors treat me like a defective human or an idiot.. talking DOWN at me not to me. I now refuse and MRIs or head CTs for this reason. we are still HUMAN BEINGS! i want to fel normal, not defective.

  • i have ACC but sure as hell aint telling my friends or people i know this is something i dont feel comfortable talkin about and my mom thinks i want it rubbed in my face to hear stories how people cope with it i just cant put myself too even talk to anyone about it

  • @Stingly13 C-ACC means complete agenesis of the corpus callosum, as opposed to some people who have P-ACC (or partial ACC) where there is a partial connection.

  • recently diagnosed with ACC...im almost 31...as a child i was told i was lazy (cause i was tired alot) and clumsy (drop things and fell). as an adult when i had the numbess n weakness was told it was stress...was not until i starting having seizures and the numbness got worse did they figure it out....i take meds to control my symptoms, use a wheelchair for outside the out, i have weekly OT and PT but I am doing okay
