Religious people have the liberty and right to believe as they wish.
They can follow any biblical laws and morals they want.
They have no right to force their beliefs on anyone else.
We demand the liberty to marry, and the right to jobs, housing, and services.
The anti-American bigots on the other side will never stop us from the American dream.

The title is incorrect. Mr Broadus may be the first trans person to testify to a Senate committee but he is not the first to testify in Congress. I'm not sure who was first but I do know that Vandy Beth Glenn testified in a House of Representatives committee regarding ENDA 2 years ago.
