i didn't dispute the evolution of the raaga at all. its very interesting, so thanks for that info.
but my previous comment was only referring to your post's title. ultimately it is one raaga - a unique combination of swaras - that is being sung, as opposed to two simultaneous raagas, isn't it?
do u know more abt how exactly the raagas bheem and palasi are combined? would love to know more about it, if u can share your knowledge. thanks.

bheempalasi is a single raaga.

I beg to differ with you on your comment that there is only one raag bheem-palasi. In fact what is known as raag bheenpalasi today is a merger of two independent and unique raags. Those being raag bheem and raag palasi. If you look at my uploaded videos you will find that i have uploaded both bheem and palasi. And at the start of the bheempalasi you can distinctly hear the late Munshi Raziuddin say that he is presenting "doh no ka jorh".
