This portable friction mount offers users an alternative to windshield suction cup mounts. It features a non-skid bottom and a pliable base to keep the mount secure on your dashboard. The integrated arm can be folded down for easy storage in an automobile console or even in your luggage.   • Just wondering, how well does that thing handle having the charging cord plugged in? Does that mess with it at all, and is there adequate room?

  • @Artimid The mount adapts to the factory Garmin mount so there is no problems with the cable plugging in. Because this is a friction mount heavy breaking or hard corners can cause the mount to move from its desired position.
