I was so scared when I started transitioning that my built would freak people out. But I had lost a lot of muscle mass about 50%. What can I do to tone up and lose the weight though? God it's a bitch losing weight when ur on estrogen. I'd love if you checked out my channel and looked at my transition video. I turned out aight. Now if I can lose the weight, I'd be happy.
