Simple tips and techniques for saving money on your AT&T Phone bill. The main thing to remember is that once your offers for discounts expire, they don't renew. You have to call them back to see what offers are available and you can negotiate. I have two current offers that expire one on Dec. 8 and one on Jan 6. I will call the day after each one expires and re-new or re-negotiate. In the mean time, I asked from something free, and I got 3 months of HBO at no charge! Yes, this really works.
