Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Video

This is a video of mobile concrete batching plant of capacity 20 m3/hr. The plant is build on a single chassis and is fully mobile. The plant comes with pneumatic braking system and provision for king pin attachment. The plant boasts of only one conveyor (gathering and slinger combined) belt thus reducing the overall maintenance of the plant. The main highlight of the concrete batch plant is that it is equipped with a twin shaft mixer which is the latest technology in terms of concrete mixing. The standard plant comes with a SILO hopper with a WAM make screw conveyor. The plant can also be build with a in built 20 T Cement Silo. One of the other advantages of this plant is that the controls are PLC - touch screen type and the control panel is housed in a control cabin.
Same design plant is also available in capacity of 30 m3/hr.; 45 m3/hr and 60 m3/hr.
