I've watched a good amount of videos about srok khmer, from english news to khmer news, and the common complaint that turns up in each video is the Government. Aka. Hun Sen. Hun Sen talks big, but he needs to get his act together and stabilize the country and knock off his behind the scenes crap. Foreigners WANT to invest. WANT! But all businesses consider the risk factor. And right now the government risk factor is still too high. Cambodia can't grow until Hun Sen grows, or gets replaced, lol.
