Mom: Rest in peace beautiful Angel November 2001

My mom passed away from Cryptoccocal meningitis. Read more about it here:

She had a low immune system, due to dedicating her time to volunteer and donate at church for people who needed it. She also dedicatied her life to her 5 kids. She made sure we ate first and if there was not enough food, tortillas and water or coffee were fine for her. This may sound heroic, but really it's not the way to do it. If you are a parent, take care of yourself too.
This is part of the reason why I am so obsessed with being healthy and taking care of myself to be here for my baby as long as God allows. Being healthy helps, even though we can't control the day we die.

I got bacterial meningitis wen i was in 8th grade my whole left side went numb... thankfully it was still early wen they found it.. my left side is still a lot weaker than my right but shhhh the marine corps doesnt know that lol
