@hcvang My understanding is that WB owns the rights to the Tarzan cartoons because they have overall rights through the Burroughs estate; one segment came out on one of their "Best of Saturday Morning" DVD compilations. But because Marvel and DC threatened to sue over the other characters since they were so blatantly close to more famous superheroes, Entertainment Rights will probably never reissue those segments.

web woman was built perfectly!!! 8)

GREEN LANTERN KNOCK-OFF (don't know how that'll hold up at the box office given the dismal reviews, though).
-
And even in 1978,Alan Oppenheimer's remarkable(and familiar) voice was certainly
a value for Filmation shows,,as exampled in the "WEB WOMAN" segment from
"TARZAN AND THE SUPER 7"-many years before he voiced "Skeletor" on "HE-
MAN" in 1983

HA HA! Spider-man rip-off!
(why did I do that in a Phil Ken Sebben manner?)
-
It's a real shame the networks have totally abandoned Saturday morning cartoons.
-
@elmacbee You are correct as he was voiced by Alan Oppenheimer, who also worked on other Filmation shows such as Fraidy Cat, Fabulous Funnies, Blackstar, Hero High, She-Ra, Ghostbusters (1986 animated version) and the last one, BraveStarr. Now that's dedication!

Dr. Despair sounds like Skeletor!
-
Web Woman drowned all her locust friends.

I wonder if anyone is going to put an episode where the madame of the circus reveals her true appearance. I got scared when I was a kid, now I'm ready to face my fear. Thanks a million!
Filmation also refused to outsource any of their work out of the country, while every other animation company was outsourcing. Hurray Filmation!
