Hey, I really want to start eating raw food but unfortunately for me, in my country the conect between food and mind is very strong, we aren't into junk food, but we have a lot of traditional food made from a lot of meat and patatoes and oil, and it is not that okey. I read a lot of raw food, and i really want to make a change in my life but i am affraid of giving up or give in temptations.. i really need a piece of advice. Please help me :(. I'm sorry for my bad spelling..

It's kind of comical watching these types of online videos now when I'm not overweight any longer - my dirty little secret is DietOramy meal plan plan (Google has a lot more info) - that thing certainly taught me to be remodel my entire body, overall health as well as my very existence.

@elivinghealth People have become brainwashed slaves to the grain and dairy industries! Keep up the great vids! I lost 30LB and have no more skin problems, and not one Headache in 4 months!! Medical Doctors are Morons that Cure nothing and just sell pharmaceutical poison!! GodBless!

How much i can reduced my weight in a month with this diet
I am needing some inspiration to go strictly on raw foods again. I have lost my motivation and my drive to stick with it. I just look at raw foods now and feel like saying eww, when before they were so good. Tried to eat fruits to start back on raw but gained 17 pounds in 3 days from fruits...... I know I will lose it all back in a few weeks, but ugh. I am losing motivation fast. Just want to crawl in bed and never get back out!

@Ineedmorelives What I found when I lost motivation the best thing to do was to go on a juice feast or blended foods feast short term..like 7-10 days..it helps reset your taste buds and gets you interested in raw foods again...also since it sounds like you may have insulin resistance..so eating a bunch of fruit may not be best the best approach if you're gaining weight from that..contact me if you'd like help..i'll be leading a group juice/blended feast soon that you might benefit from. :) peace

thank you so much for talking about the mind/body connection! I'm on a different end, I am a ballerina and recovered from disordered eating patterns and my life in ALL aspects changed for the better when I learned how to take care of my body as it deservers!
