when i play the atc9k videos on my windows 7 computer on media player, the sound dosent work, if i upload a video to youtube the sound dosent work, whats wrong with it??

"There are no ‘authorized repair centres’ however there are many repair specialists based in Tottenham Court Road who offer a mail order service."
The Guarantee says thereabouts "Guarantee will be void if repaired by a Non-Authorised Service Agent" This assumes that the camera can be fixed by Oregon... but they confirmed that they could not. They referred me to 'non-authorised service agents' since they have none... and these service specialists cannot fix the unit

Be very careful people!
If you break the front glass it is not covered by warranty and despite the guarantee description Oregon 'do not' have a repair centre or designated service agent... Repair specialists will not fix the camera.

The mounts on this camera are useless, rendering the entire camera useless. The camera is great - if it's on a tripod bolted to the floor. The mounts provided do NOT keep the camera from jiggling. The video output sucks.

Is the under water footage from this camera blurry like that from. Gopro? If it's clear footage I'll be buying one of these to replace my GoPro.

I don't think the bar mount would work that good on a motorcycle foe example a motocross while jumping and all that stuff it would very easily .. Not personal expirience just judging by the look
