It's so obvious that Henry Hill was never like the rest of these guys. He was very shocked and disgusted. He was the only one who clearly cared about the kid and was shocked that Tommy would go to such extreme measures for a joke. Of course Jimmy thought he went too far but he didn't care so much for Spider being killed as much as Henry. Henry kind of sympathized with Spider while Jimmy although shocked, cared about the disposal of the body just as much as Tommy taking it to the extreme.
