@NShutterbug I knew that you could get a copy of your own, or like a direct family member for specific purposes that were approved, but I was unaware that you could get ANY birth certificate for any reason for $100. I know a copy for yourself costs the normal $10. But I was unaware that anyone can get their hands on anybody else's certificate. That's a little dangerous as far as ID theft goes. @NShutterbug I've heard at least one Hawaii native say that he has the same short form replacement and that it is different from his. Now, the gruff is regarding the fact that he was born only 4 months after, at the same hospital, and the forms are supposed to be STANDARD FORM. If all others are the same, why would the document presented to CNN be different from every other person's certificate born in Hawaii? I'm more concerned about his Muslim loyalties than that of his legitimacy to hold.
