The Jordan Services Modernisation Programme (JSMP) is an EU funded programme implemented by Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO), co-financed by the Government of Jordan represented by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC), focusing on the development and modernization of the services sector. The main objective of the JSMP is to assist Jordan to fully benefit from the opportunities of trade liberalisation of services in the context of the General Agreement on Trade and Services (GATS) and the economic integration objectives of the Istanbul Protocol.
Beneficiaries of the programme are small and medium size enterprises, as well as relevant business associations and public sector bodies.
