For beginners:

you need to download and use the following:

1. download Cheat Engine: http://www.heijnen1.demon.nl/CheatEngine55.exe
2. download RC TOOLS: http://www.twistysdownload.com/search/free+download+rc+tool+v1.0.html
3. Flash Player 9.0 / Flash Player 10.0
4. Mozilla Firefox

Steps:

1. Open your Restaurant City game and RC TOOLS v1_ck

2. Open your cheat engine for process list and choose Mozilla Firefox.

3. Tick Hex / 8bytes / Also Scan Read-only Memory

4. Scan FFFFFFB8D02A0FF2 (HOTKEY [i]) and Copy the address then paste it in RC tools Get section of Hotkey I

5. Scan C985E45D8B2C4A8B (HOTKEY [o]) and Copy the address then paste it in RC tools Get section of Hotkey o

6. Change The ++Point step 200 to 50000

7. Get Code, Copy the code paste it in the Chet engine

8. Tick only the ++POINT

then go back and see your restaurant :)
