HOGAN JOINS TNA

Lets have a back and forth I want your opinion :]

Here's the opinion im trying to relay. I need to stop smoking crack:

Though I'm a Hogan fan, Hulk has a reputation for politicing and putting himself as the champ of the organization. Granted his name alone will grab the attention of a good many fans. But what does he want in exchange for that?
Now TNA wants to push younger talent so will these interests conflict? I'm all for TNA pushing younger talent I like the direction its going.

So its obvious Hogan will be good for ratings. But will Hogan be a burden or will he help push the young guys?

if he went to wwe, nobody would complain that much, buttttt its tna, so people have to bash for the sake of bashing.... why not just enjoy the moment, as it will be good for wrestling "oh push hogan" ... if tna gives the title to hogan for a while good for them its associating their belt with the name of hogan, it gives prestige for the belt. Besides, his presence yet alone, will bring in viewers. Youre all talking about it arent you? it will help boost the tna workers popularity.

Well bc we're used to WWE recycling the same shit month after month so putting a veteran like Hogan there wouldnt be outta the ordinary.

However TNA is making a big deal outta pushing younger guys. And if they dropped the belt on Hogan everyone would see the promotion as "That new Hogan is in" not giving TNA its own identity. Yea itll boost ratings but at what cost?

First, there isnt even word if Hogan will wrestle on regular basis. You got Foley there and so far hes helped more than anything. Same of Steiner etc. Asociating a title to hogan is giving prestige. He can be there get a push, without diminushing the tna guys. Dont make a fuss out of it. At most, more people will tune in to see hogan, and get familiarized with samoa joe, aj styles, mcmg, brits, etc. It will probably do better for them in terms of popularity and ratings

And Foley is a bad example. Foley hasnt been notorious for politicing backstage as Hogan has. Foley has spent the better part of this decade putting people over. Hogan not so much. Hogan likes to cling to his spot tho in his defense he deserves to.

But youre putting Hogan over and he will increase the popularity but with the power he's gonna wield it and hold others back as well as take focus off AJ, Samoa, etc.

Its nice to see someone new in the title picture but it seems like they threw Sheamus in a bit early. I feel like one of the other guys theyre pushing shoulda got the shot like Kofi or even having Miz drop the US Title and reigniting his feud with Cena.

That's what thought! I really think that Kofi, Miz, MVP, and even Carlito (after what he said to Cena on Raw) should get a push.

Hulk will help on all levels, but i think one of the real positives is that it breathes new life into a battered and worn product, which has been tossed off for 3 years. Now with Hulk it's a new mindset and again they have the chance to do something big, like they did with angle. Lets hope they don't fuck it up
