New York Persian Parade 2008 (2)

To all "Persians"! There is no such a thing as "Persian". You are either Iranian, or most likely Americans who have not been to Iran at all --or for a long time. Being born in a country, especially one that is no longer what it was when you were there does not make you more from there than where you live, HERE. You are all Americans and that is a good thing. Celebrate that! And, please, no Iranian-American either. The hyphenated people don't have a history of making it in this country...

last year the new york police estimated 35000 iranians attended the parade holding the lion and sun flag. Please tell all friends and family, we are going to carry our 30 foot by 50 foot lion and sun flag plus we will have a 30 foot by 30 foot derafesh kaveyani also!!we are going to give out 5000 lion and sun flags to people present at the parade. ps a warning to any one giving out islamic republic flags!!you will be turned in to new york police as a terrorist!!!

The youngest boy that you see in the video is 7 years old, also we had 4 or 5 , 12 year old young iranians

Exactly I believe you are right! But the thing is when a nation respect to their old history and they are trying to build the future up again, you can't blame them. Persia dose not exist any more but when somebody say it loudly I think he is trying to support the people who I HATE them, like IRI or MUSLIMS!
