Why is all the talk on here about Favre? It may have been a nice throw, but it wouldn't have been worth sh*t if Freeman hadn't pulled off that catch.

Yes, all you people who speak the truth about the above averageness of Favre and his turning on the team that made him who he is you must leave. DON'T puncture our fantasies with facts. Favre is the bestest quarterback EVER. You don't roll up an 86.0 QB rating in WCO offense and kill post season after post season with asinine picks without being the best QB since God.

Yloponom-You HATE the man for TRYING screw your team. The team that fished his beery ass off the Atlanta third string and passed his physical even though he had a necrotic hip. The team that gave him a second chance after running up 46 TD's against 44 INT's and should have been benched. Only to have a pill addict in return. Chancing having this guy helm the second best team the franchise has assembled only to have him turn into the biggest belly aching baby the team has seen down the road.

As a Packers fan and a Favre fan (yes, I still wear my Number 4 Packers jersey), it's a shame to be in the same crowd as other Packer fans who don't realized this man put 16 seasons and a Super Bowl win into this team, but now hate him.
I can understand being upset that he's a Viking. Frankly, I would have preferred him staying a Jet (or retired). But to downright hate the man is uncalled for. He's an awesome quarterback and I hope he gets far this season. But still, go Packers!

Did you know that when Brett beat the packers the second time at lamblow? He set a new N F L record for the most yards by a QB at any field topping John Elways recond at mile high stadium.
