I see all of these comments complaining about today's music and lyrics...I agree that the music is awful overall (especially when compared to the Doors) But we need to create music ourselves! Complaining doesn't do any good, and we don't need to focus on that negativity. If we want good music then it's imperative that we open our own doors of perception and make it. Am I the only person who feels this way?

Real Music ! Real Talent ! Unlike the fake,phony, garbage that passes for music today ( Lady Gagga, Madonna, Britney Spears, etc..) Lip syncing was unheard of back then - you didn't need a back up set of dancers to attract an audience, or fancy dance moves ! - EcHH - why are the pop stars called rock stars, today ? Jim - Rest in Peace, there will never be another like you !
