Thinking through the past

http://yourguidetogreatness.com I asked you right now whether the past = future, most of you would say well, of course not! We all know that what happened in the past is no guarantee of what will happen in the future. We know this theoretically, but unfortunately, few people live their lives that way. Many people struggle to let go of what happened to them in the past. They feel that because they have been unsuccessful in some endeavour in the past (an intimate relationship gone wrong, losing weight and gaining it right back, quitting smoking and restarting, a job/business that didnt work out....) that it is somehow a sign they will not be successful in the future.
