I am not looking to lose weight with this product, but to get the vitamins that one might need that is missing. For an older lady, with health issues, so would this be something for her? She doesn't need to lose anymore weight at all

the weight you lose first is excess water from the shitty carbs and sodium along with food in the gi tract which stays there when you eat a shit diet, along with some fat of course.
