Betty's Cookbook: "A Year in bettyskitchen"--NO RECIPE--

In this video, Betty announces the publication of her new cookbook, "A Year in bettyskitchen." The cookbook contains all recipes uploaded to YouTube from bettyskitchen for the period January 20, 2009 through the middle of January, 2010. The cookbook it 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches, and has a soft cover. It has an introductory page at the beginning, followed by a dedication, acknowledgements, and a table of contents. The table of contents subdivides the recipes into appetizers, drinks, salads, entrees, side dishes, breakfasts, and desserts. The recipes are presented in a two-column format, and there is an index at the end to help in finding specific recipes. This is a cookbook contains over 400 recipes, which I had intended to share with my family and friends, but I received so many requests from viewers for a cookbook that I decided to make this book available to everyone. The cookbook is available at www (dot) lulu (dot) com. (Use normal notation for the URL.) The price of the cookbook is $16.95. If you would like to purchase a copy, you can do a search on that website, using the keyword: bettyskitchen. If you put the cookbook in your shopping cart, you can find out the amount of postage it will take to deliver the book. This is not a book that you *need*, because all of the recipes in it will remain on YouTube, and you can print them out yourself, as desired.
