  • Do I have to have a juicer like yours to make the crust? what other way can I blend the pecans, dates nd buckwheat?

  • @crzybeau You can probably use a food processor :)

  • Looks good... I'm wondering how many calories something like that has for a serving. I'm obese and seeking the raw food lifestyle, but I'm also looking for ways to have treats along the way - it's not realistic that I would have to go through life not having a treat once in a while, not only while I'm losing the weigh, but for when I reach goal and continue the raw food lifestyle. Thanks...

  • @MsSweetPuppy I don't know the exact calorie count but I imagine a lot because of all the nuts. But the good news is that they are calories your body was designed to use so it's not that big of a deal. When you switch to a raw lifestyle it doesn't really matter what you eat because you will lose weight. (the trick is to make sure you eat at least one very large salad a day) This is not a lifestyle of deprivation, it is one of freedom and guilt free eating. Good luck on your journey!

  • Any suggestions for replacements for the buckwheat? I can't find it here.

  • @mirai23urushidani I used it for the crust? If so just use flax powder and melted coconut oil, mix together maybe with a little palm sugar and it will set into a nice crust :)
