The intro is a reference to the fact that Sound Factory followed the Paradise Garage model, Friday nights were straight and Saturdays (Sunday mornings, really) were gay. Friday nights were eventually discontinued after the local community board began to ratchet up their campaign against clubs in the area.

  • @cscottsmith I remember the original version when it was just a track with all the samples. What a classic. A lot of club kids didn't know anything about what it was really about till Junior went back and added this vocal version lol.
