http://www.outsourcinglive.com In today's video, I wanted to answer a question and talk about how to outsource an offline business. This was a question that was just asked via Facebook to me and I thought this would be a great topic to be able to talk about because not only online businesses are succeeding in outsourcing but offline business can actually adapt to these things. And I can give you many, many examples that people or large companies are doing it to medium sized companies are doing.

  • @ThinkLeadDo Yes it's definitely doable on a part-time basis. My first VA was part time and it worked. I would recommend contacting Step at getvirtualstafffinder . com who could assist you with this.

    Thanks,

  • I liked your tips.

I currently need 2 people - technical expertise and a skilled P.A someone who will shadow me ie has the capacity to learn the business & grow with the business. Hiring new staff requires time to train Consequently, I prefer to start them on a part-time basis first and take it from there. Is that doable? Who would you recommend I contact & do to get the ball rolling? I want to explore this before I meet you up with you at Dale's workshop in October
