  • I'll never forget the amazing times we shared at Tandon... Chuck... should you ever read this, reach out for me, either in my home(s) in Malibu, San Diego or Mumbai. We have so much to catch up on! OM Shanti OM... Casey

  • is part 2 available?

  • Wow, that guy with the headphones yammers for 2-1/2 minutes straight while Chuck and Jeri twiddle their thumbs. 1st rule of interviewing: stop talking sometimes.

  • I had a KIM-1 and early PET 2001.

What's fascinating is that Chuck was taught by someone (what was his name?) who worked alongside the legendary Claude Shannon, who laid down the law for digital communication.

  • Definitely want to watch the rest of this! Like Jeri and probably thousands and thousands of other IT or electronics geeks, I feel I owe my adult career to the brilliant hardware that Chuck Peddle, Bil Herd, and the rest brought into my life. It's depressing to read or watch documentaries that credit Bill Gates and Jobs/Wozniak with creating the home computer. Commodore did a lot more to bring in the current digital age!

  • Is there any chance we might get the rest of this??? The world needs to know and understand this mans importance, you guys have a great chance and important responsibility to spread the word.

  • Good lord Jeri, we only get 10 minutes? Tell me he recounts the story of his fight over a mass market 6800? I love it -- this guy made the Home Computer possible through inexpensive cpus!

  • LOVE the historical info! Thanks!! another 5 stars for you!

  • Very cool :)

  • Goodness me. Completely fascinating. Thank you! Eagerly awaiting p2! :D
