yes.... the subcontonent does have a tradition of western classical music...albeit within a small section.... lets not forget he influence of " Empire " for more than 250 years.

Thanks a lot for the information. Is there any website or any other way to get more information about the concert i.e it's location passes/tickets etc. I hope there is proper advertisement for this concert and they will be suprised at the number of people turning up. Such an amazing talent.

Truly amazing. I didn't know that there were piano virtuosos in Pakistan. Does anyone know where this concert took place and when it will be taking place again in the future?
Yes, in Lahore, at a private hall. Trained by their father Ijaz Anis, Asad's brother is also concert pianist, performing in Germany these days. They will be performing in september in Lahore again.
