A Day in Paradise!!

Byerly Day was hosted by Steve Crane of Sports LTD at Paradise Lake CA. Andy and I took a little drive to check out the scene.
Paradise Lakes are custom build water ski and wakeboarding lakes that are perfect flat all day. Steve teaches classes and rents a house at Paradise year round. You can even land your private aircraft on the runway that resides between the two lakes.
Scott Byerly and his crew we're really cool down to earth group. Andy and I got to try out the new Byerly bi-level wakeskate and it really rode smooth! I found it quite a bit different than my LF Armada and it would take some time to get it down but a really great board love to have one!
We got some really great footage and caught George Daniels killing it on a wake to wake kick flip. Nick Heaney had a great session, unfortunately his brother Julz couldn't make it. Scott Byerly took a session and just made it look easy, we also caught a great wakeboarding session with Wes Briscoe! Lot of great riders came out and even a few kids, overall it was a great day in Paradise!

sweet, it`s really nice when you get a break like that and not only meet pioneers of wakeboarding and wake skating, esp the likes of Scott!! i was lucky to spend a couple of days with Shawn Watson a couple of years ago. Just me and a mate and Shawn!! all day for two days, the best tuition i`ve ever had, which mainly consisted of Shawn shouting "go big, or go home" i went big, then flew home walking about like a robot. I was fucked :~). Keep the videos coming.
