Answer is: Flash Driver not supportet for win7 or win vista only xp!
OR: Flash Driver have been not correctly installed. Pleas hear the reaction tone if you connecting youre phone.

hey...i am doing the same with the video, i press "connect" ,i connect my K800i to my pc holding the button 'c' but nothing happens and it tells me at the xs++ "Error: Cannot open phone communication port".... i have been trying for about 3 hours but it happens the same....can you help me???
