@NMWMN Thats the first time I have heard anyone blame Indias economic problems on Weed, lol. India is the the state it is in firstly due to it's division into different tribes and states (all of which seem to have a lot of trouble getting along with each other) and secondly because they have world record corruption thtoughout their entire political system. Read a Newsweek magazine or something, please you might learn something about the real world.
