Sally Order

One of my most fave scenes in When Harry Met Sally; Sally Albright orders pie at a diner.

Sally Albright: But I'd like the pie heated and I don't want the ice cream on top, I want it on the side, and I'd like strawberry instead of vanilla if you have it, if not then no ice cream just whipped cream but only if it's real; if it's out of the can then nothing.

Waitress: Not even the pie?

Sally Albright: No, I want the pie, but then not heated.

This is EXACTLY like my mom. She always orders like this.... and then we hide behind our menus, while the water/waitress struggles to jot it all down. Haha.

If you are serious, you have some very twisted, horrible, racist, bigoted ideas in your head. Wow, I find this comment really offensive. My wife and I are both white protestant Americans. We find this scene funny because she is like Sally and I am like Harry. It's funny because they are people, not because of race or religion. Plus, where is the covert and intense hatred?? This is a couple who become best friends, fall in love and get married. It's the story of meeting, friendship, courtship... Humor makes fun of people, even people like you. Lighten up. Let go of the paranoia.

Hollywood: always about the shylock trying to stick it to the shiksa. I watched this crap for 25 years before I realized how pervasive the judaism is in Hollywood movies. One you get wise to jewish culture you pick up on all the covert jokes where they ridicule gentiles, things that in the past went right over your head. If this is news to you, wake the fuck up! They have a covert and intense hatred for non-jews.
